When mail is received at Ínsula Coworking, we store it until the co-worker comes to our offices to collect it. However, you also have the option of contracting additional services to avoid having to come into the Ínsula offices to collect your mail:
- Scan and email service. With this service, La Ínsula Coworking is authorised to open your mail, scan it and send the scanned images to you by email. This service does not apply for advertising. The cost of this service is 20 euros per month (+VAT).Maximum 10 letters per month.
- Mail forwarding service. With this service, all mail received is collected together and forwarded every month by courier to the designated address. The service includes scanning of registered post if desired and requested. The cost of this service is 30 euros per month (+VAT).
